Ok, last one for today. Tryin to pace myself
Soā¦ā¦if a 6.5 CM chambered rifle is considered a " sissy rifle ", what constitutes a " big boy rifle"? Does that have to be something that will kick the ever lovin' snot out of you unless you put a brake the size of a garbage can on the end of it that will absolutely clear every other shooter off the line at the local range and qualify you as the king of A holes?
Only because it was a leftie. LOLNo one mentioned the distance on a kill shot with any rifle. We were in Africa, and one of the guys shot a left-handed 6.5 Creedmore. He dropped a zebra in its tracks at 505 yards. 147 gr. Hornaday. The man behind the gun makes the difference. I like the 7x300 win mag for a little extra distance. The Kudu was shot at 920 yds.
Yeah, it's all about the nut behind the trigger with macho or with sissy cartridges... Kill shot at 1507 yds w/ a 6.5 CM & the 147... (don't react to this one with a *** show, please. This is supposed to stay fun here. )No one mentioned the distance on a kill shot with any rifle. We were in Africa, and one of the guys shot a left-handed 6.5 Creedmore.
