I was 5, 15, 16, and 17. 16 and 17 have been undersubscribed for a while...16 had 130 leftover tags last year and 17 had 50...hard to believe demand would have jumped that much in one year.

I called the tag office and they said they got 2200 more applicants. Looks like they had 22,400 applicants last year so this is a 10% jump in one year.
