Whats Your Rifle's Name

My dad has named his 22-250 PUFF .
When I first heard him say that , I asked PUFF? He then smiled and said yes PUFF THE MAGIC DRAGON with a big smile on his face .
I call mine the ole (smoke stick) !

Good one but you know, it's really rude not to post pictures, this is August and some of us are in serious need of gun porn... .gun)

It is riding the UPS van home to me now. I will post pics of the twins in short order for you Mr. Rose! My tikka you've seen before, but I will have pictures again with it and it's newest custom brother. I just didn't have it in me to name a 300 win mag a girly name. Thor will be dropping the hammer this fall:D

I don't have her yet but I've named her "Grizzly". It's in the final stages of being built. I named it Grizzly because when Grit (Lorenzo Young from deadlyprecisiongunsmithing.com) was cutting threads on the barrel he took pics for me and grizzly was visible on the spinning barrel. Here is a link to the build thread:

As soon as she arrives I will post finished pics.

Well, the 300 Ultra is known as Ol Cruncher.

The T3 338 being somewhat light on it's feet is "Clubber", Cruncher's little sister. She's the one in the whitetail rack.

LOL, well my wife who sometimes can sound more like a 12yo girl than the wonderful 40'sh woman she is named my 300 Rum, "The big scary monster killer" after the first time I let her shoot it.

She'd never shot anything at over 40 yards in her life before and only shot 20g skeet loads and her little .22lr.

I got it all set up for her and she made three consecutive hits at 625 on a 12" pie plate with it.

The funny part was I never let her see what round it shoots until after she was done because I knew it would scare the hell out of her and she'd be overreacting in anticipation of the recoil.

When I showed her a couple of the loaded rounds side by side with her .22lr and 20g skeet loads She went pale white and said, "OMG I didn't know that was 'The Big Scary Monster Killer Gun".... .

I almost choked down completely laughing.
