Here's my best to date:
Custom P14 Enfield heavy barrel
Winchester Brass (fire formed)
160 gr Nosler AB's
59.0 gr IMR 4831
WLRM primers
0.003" off the lands.
Flash Hole deburred
Cleaned primer pockets
best group= 0.378" 5 shot @ 100 yards.

This load will consistently shoot around 1/2" MOA out of this rifle for me.

My Rem 7mag shoots 140 btsp sierra w/72 grs of H4831 not shortcut ,win large rifle mag primer it shoots half in 5 shot groups at 3200 fps I am not very fond of nosler ballistic tips, there is just to much blow up on impact an not much penatration. have shot hornaday 139 gr btsp 150 nosler solid base btsp, but I dont know if they still make these or not. 68 grs of 4831 behind of a 150 gr nosler solid base, dumped a big cow elk for me at 300 ydsThe 7 mag is one of my favorite rifles for big deer here in Ks

I have (4) 7mmRemMag rifles, and it shoots well in (3) of them.
The problem (1) rifle doesn't shoot anything well, and is going to get it's barrel pulled.
