What talents do you have...

My talent is building ATV's for Pro Sand Drags, We build them from the ground up, from single cylinders to 4 cylinders. everything is custom built from the engine cases to the cranks, our fastest pass is 0 to 102 mph in 3.202 seconds in 300 feet on the dirt on all motor, no power adders. we have set many world records and have built some of the largest 2 stroke drag race engines in the world , oh yea I like shootn stuff to :)

Love me some two strokes. So much potential. I always wanted to build a two stroke car. Maybe your the guy to help. Was thinking the Old Yamaha 4 cylinder would be a good start.

I have a PhD in Engineering, but little talent. I wish I were talented. I'm hyper aware, which gives me an advantage when hunting...My peripheral vision picks up movement that the average guy misses.

Stunning workmanship . I gained a ton of respect for two strokes racing karts, 100cc Yamahas. 25 or so horse from 100 dinky little cubic centimeters!! 18,000 rpm ! Those are some bad *** looking pipes, do you make those, as well ? What displacement is your current largest ? Are those all billet motor ? Started to ask about your founder, then realized, maybe cut ? Nice !

You say you have no talent. I say your wrong. You have a talent that I have NEVER been able to cultivate- you got yourself thru school. Not just a degree, either, no sir. A freaking PHD!!!! GOD , I hated school! Still do ! Got a daughter that put herself through to a Masters in Civil Engineering. Proud as punch, I am, of her. I'm thinking she might be somewhat masochistic, tho. She decided she wants to be a MD, I stead. Just got accepted into med school. What type of an engineer Doc are you,BB Gunny ?

Have to agree....getting thru college can be a real pain...
I have 2.5 years in undergrad...put in for transfer and was denied...said I was 23 credits short...hum..how can that be.. I wasn't taking all the just get by courses I enrolled in upper grade courses like anatomy/physiology so that I didn't have to take underwater basket weaving......they said "since you took all these other classes none of them go towards you transfer/associates degree because they are considered elective courses"......that's what I got from going to a counselor and getting help to get my monies worth out of college...................

Man, I would have been furious. I believe that higher education IS important. At odds with that belief, is my belief that the Higher Education Institutions are something of a racket. And that which you experienced simply reaffirmed that belief. It's all about money to them, and I personally find that repugnant. Just my opinion.

The basket is as fine as anything I have ever seen....awesome use of pieces...wine rack I sent to a lady friend wine know it all....
But the color of the slab behind the euro is beautiful.....
Great jobs...

I like to think I had a talent for making NHRA stockers go fairly quick on a consistent basis. It seem like one's fingers have eyes.. if they touch a piece of metal, they can visualize and work the metal to make it better.

I am back at work after having retired for almost a year working in the climate control business again. Sledding is my passion now and we occasionally run some hill drags with a couple of Ski-Doos at the local ski slopes every spring.

I am amazed by the wood working skills that many of you here have. If I touch a piece of wood, it quickly develops a crack..
