What equipment is needed for putting a savage nut type barrel on my tikka?

Not to change the subject concerning rifle brands but it appears several here have experience with shouldered barrels. For a Rem 700, do most use Remage because the factory M700 receivers are not trued? I notice some companies don't mention a M700 for a pre fit but many do for a Remage? But to this subject, is the Tikka receiver good to go with the factory tolerances?

Looks good. That nut must be very thin. Still, avtions that use a nut are better served if they are trued first.
