NO one wants to be "that guy" but as others have said, you need to get a lawyer, a good one, like yesterday. No one is going to step up to offer help, (the facility or race organizers), they are hoping the problem will just go away quietly. Unfortunate but the way it is nowadays.

It's been a couple days since I checked in . Talk about the chills and the huge smile it put on my face . More prayers to be sent . I got real close to God almost 27 years ago (next Friday ) when my daughter was born and spent 14 days in NICU . Between the tears and prayers God has a plan and only he understands it .

My daughter was hit in the head by a motorcycle while working a motocross race and is in critical condition on life support.
Please pray for her
