What cartridge for high speed 30 caliber

Talk to Bryan Litz and what he thinks about 300 Norma's. Look at his Enablr basically the Norma case but on steroids.

Just throwing it out there I don't know where it falls with some of these other 30 caliber cartridges but what about the old Lazzaroni warbird?

I saw a post by Pro 'swamplord' about a cartridge he designed. It is supposed to have the performance of a 300 Rum in a case shorter then the 338 Rum. On a magnum bolt face. Not lapua.
If it performs as advertised it would be a solid choice for the 245 and 250.

I really don't mind just doing a rum. The one I built with my match reamer have shot fantastic. I just don't know if it will reach 3000 fps with a 250. I will use at least a 30 inch barrel that is 1.450 dia. The gun weights 77 pounds right now so recoil won't be a problem. I just think the bc of that bullet will be a winner at 1000 yards. My wsm barrel shoots a 210vld at 2875 and my 6.5 Creed light gun shoots inside of that by 6 inches in a 10mph crosswind. The 250 at 3000 fps will be 13 inches less than the wsm in a 10 mph wind. 13 inches is alot.

What big game hunting cartridges have a bit more powder capacity than the 300 RUM, 338 EDGE & the 375 RUM ?
All with case length much shorter than those 3 and even shorter than the 338 RUM !
suitable for repeating bolt action rifles with high bc hunting bullets, works on the same boltface, NOT 338 Lapua/Norma diameter and completely safe to chamber in Remington 700 & Winchester 70 actions ?
Also add super strong factory mfg brass with proper headstamp, available and made right here in the good 'ol USA !

Reamers, brass and dies will be available to gunsmiths and shooters all over the US right off the machines ..

Kirby sent the 240gr SMK to 3560 in a 300 Allen magnum. Cheytac parent case. That 240 has a huge baring surface compared to the more modern bullets.

300 Rum, 300 Norma and the improved version are the best comprise in performance, ease of components and barrel life

The razor is interesting. I need to see more about it. Who makes the brass and dies. I'm not opposed to doing a 338 either.
