Weatherby's new 6.5 RPM cartridge

all brass has a yield strength if your only getting 2-3 loads you went past it and the brass aint happy. use a lower node not all brass will achieve the same velocity.


In Rick's defense I think that is his point. I am pretty confident that when Hornady brass takes a crap that load is over SAAMI pressure and will be the same in other brass. I am guilty of running on the ragged edge if the load shoots there so I can appreciate the better brass in all aspects.
