What bullet should I load up for my 7mag, 1:9.5 twist 24" barrel? Hunting elk out to 600 yards. Elevation 2000-4000ft

In no particular order, out to 600 yds all of these would be more than capable and keep speed up. But keep in mind of these bullets the ELDX or classic hunter are not the ones to use for shoulders shots. The others are made for penetration big game and bone.

I use 168 ABLRs in my .284 and they're fantastic. Took three elk with them.
