BTW, This hobby is not for the risk averse. We would be on the long range rock throwing forum if there weren't a lot of people willing to experiment with possibly dangerous material.

Please expound.

Simply saying that none of us personally know every single person likely to read this, or any thread for that matter; so we've no idea what they may or may not know. We don't need to all be lawyers or hold their hand while they try something, but acknowledging any danger in stuff possibly new to a "normal*" reader is wise. Not everyone is familiar with acetone or baking soda, or aerosol carb cleaner or any other number of compounds/substances/chemicals not usually or commonly used in reloading or firearms.

*I'll leave the who is "normal" debate to some other thread.
