Which model did you get? Mine uses an app to connect to your phone using Bluetooth. Make sure all fittings are correct.
If you still have issues, I could send mine across the pond for a fee.

I have the flexible scope. Initially, I could not get it to connect to my iPhone using the recommended app. I called tech-support and they answered and got me set up with a different app and that work fine. That was eight or 10 months ago and the last time I just tried to use it recently I couldn't get connection so I need to go back and figure this out. Tech-support was very helpful.
