Subsonic lead free?

I wasn't clear in the original post but I am open to any cartridge options just want it to be "cheap" accurate, lead free, subsonic. Doesn't need to be able to kill a moose just little critters. Another cartridge is fine.

No such thing as "cheap, accurate, lead free, subsonic" ammo

What gun is he shooting it out of? Semi-auto or bolt?

Bolt gun, cheap just in the sense if I can avoid it I don't need to send some home defense copper that cost two dollars a piece to shoot a squirrel.
