I got my hands on a box of .338 200gr Hornady SST's and would appreciate some recommendations for which powder to use with them. I want to produce both sub and supersonic loads with this bullet and powder combo. It's fine if one powder is recommended for the sub load and a different powder is recommended for the SS loads. Finally, standard or magnum primer for each. (Barrel is 16" 1:6.5)

I will not be hunting with the 200gr SST's, strictly range fodder shooting steel suppressed. My goal here is the quietest (SAFE) load possible for the sub-load.

As far as the SS load goes, the higher velocity that I can achieve with the 200gr SST's, the better! TIA!
