I use one all the time and I love it! After I get my loads developed, I then shoot however I'm going to shoot in the field......Rich
I have never used one, but after the comments I have read---especially yours---I feel that such a device would definitely be useful in load development because it would eliminate any error introduced by failing to keep the rifle steady on a bag or rest. In other words, if the steadiness of the rifle is assured when it is shot, and groups are still poor, then the problem obviously lies elsewhere. I think I will buy one. Which one? I have no idea....
