Well I got my borescope today and took a look, I was shocked, no carbon ring but a copper one. It looks like the area between the neck and the rifling is very rough and maybe undersized, causing the copper following.

Wow!! That is alot of copper. However, I am anxious to see what you find underneath the copper. If a carbon ring were present this could be the reason copper was collecting there.

That chamber is very rough. Is this a factory or custom rifle? With a chamber like that I would think this problem will just progress.

I am guessing that the area was not machined correctly.
You can see a groove right at the beginning of the riffling, none of my other guns have that ring, so I'm assuming that the area between the case neck and the rifling it's not machined down as far as it should've been.

Christensen Arms Ridgeline. I'm going to call them tomorrow and share the photos with them to see what they suggest.

Freebore diameter is usually the first to get worn down on a reamer. Looks pretty tight. Clean it all off. Then see if it marks a bullet when chambered and removed

When I was setting up my seating depth I noticed a little bit of stuffing in that area when it was brand new

I agree with you. I would contact the manufacturer like you said and question the chamber. I've read good reviews about christenson arms customer service. Sucks to have this happen though. Good luck
