Rumor has it....4-20x50 vx5hd..?

Heard from a guy on Facebook they'll be releasing a vx5hd in the 4-20..? Anyone confirm? Was going to get the 3-15x44/56 for my lr .300wm. But, I may wait if this indeed will be coming out.

I kind of doubt they would do that, that scope would cannibalize their 3-18 vx6 too much, imo. But, if they do, I'll buy one!

That is a magnification range that I like and the weight is reasonable. Personally I'd prefer a second focal plane.....

Hey guys, got done talking with leupold. They are indeed releasing a 4-20x50. Theyre still working on it. It wont be out until the 2nd 1/4 of the year. (2019)
Definitely will be looking forward to that!

This is awesome news. I have two 3-15x56 VX5HDs. They are my favorite scopes right now...I have a 25-06 that would love the 4-20 magnification range. I'll have to hold out until next year.

I was a vortex guy then I got a nightforce, then I looked through my vx5hd.... Blew my mind. Absolutely destroyed my nightforce in clarity. Definitely my favorite as well. I need a 4-20 on my .300 wm

That's funny - I had an SHV and a few different vortex's - 2 PSTs, an HST and an HSLR. After using my vx5hds hunting this year I am sold...as I can afford to do it, the vortexs will be replaced by the VX5hds.
