You are correct, no problem getting the 147 to above 2900 in a 26" 6.5cm with rl26. Drop tube will get all that power in there.If you are looking for more velocity Rl-26 will give you more than Rl-16 or H4350, if you can find any to try. Speer has data for the 140's on their website.
How's that 4831 doing with 140s?. I have great luck with 147s. I'm thinking a magnum primer might be worth a try.I switched to 6.5 Staball and H4831 for 140gr.
