Were the marks there the first time you fired it?I use a bore guide and everything I have used is brass.
Are you asking manufactured this barrel?I'd say you have more than one burr in that chamber. Probably could be polished out but I would talk to the barrel maker. Should have been caught on inspection. Who's barrel is it?

Yes As I think with you two it would be something protruding out to make the dings and scratch. And not someone making dings in the chamber.So the marks were made by whoever chambered it

I will be getting in touch with them and find out about there customer service on these matters. The photos show it way better than my eyes.
