Another way to look at it.
Say that you do throat the chamber for the 195gr.
It doesn't necessarily mean that lighter weight bullets won't shoot accurately.
Take my Weatherby Mark Vs for example. The freebore in the Weatherby Magnums is 0.375" or close to it.
I can load to the lands and still fit in the magazine.
But the ejection port length won't let me unload a live round.
3.630" to the lands. 3.360" lets me unload a live round.
Shooting the VLD gave me abismal groups.
The different ogive shape of the Classic Hunter, NBT, Sierra Tipped GameKings bring the accuracy back, even with the long jump.
