Would you mind sharing your 28nos load with the LRT ?Good choice. I have the exact same gun as you do and it seems to like most everything I throw at it. My pet hunting load was 110.2 grains of H-870 with a 165gr Accubond that shot very well and was averaging 3,350 fps. However, they don't make H-870 anymore so I was looking at RL 33 (which is now impossible to find) for an alternative. But, I was able to get my hands on 10 lbs of LRT and it has a burn rate very close to RL 33. In fact, the LRT shoots awesome in my 28 Nosler. If you run out of RL 33 you might try LRT.

So your temp changes about 100 degree during the year. So put your load development in the middle of the temp. So that's 48fps with N570, Retumbo 24.5pfs, H1000 that's 10.5 ft fps. Now If you only shooting a few hundreds, it doesn't make much different. If your ranges are extend it does make a different, what was the temp when you are developing you load does make a different too.
Your SD change in velocity just 30fps variation of your bullet drop about 8.5" @ 1000yds, A 50fps variation would change you bullet by as much as 14" @ 1000yds.
Me I hunt in about as much as 130 degree different during the year. Middle of the road is 63fps with N570. H-1000 13.65fps change from middle to hight or low temp.
