Yep. It sounds like your front base screws are too long. The rear one is just forward of the upper locking lug and might not be easily visible from the rear or ejection port. You might be able to reach a fingertip there. Look closer at the left/upper log on the bolt. You will probably see a scratch there.
Loosen the screw about half of a turn and recheck the bolt movement. Do that until the screw doesn't hit the bolt. While you are checking screw length, check the front screw. Loosen the rear screw and tighten the front screw. The base should not move or wiggle. Trimming the screws by 1 or two threads is another story.
