You got it 'boots. Cancer is such a horrible disease that does not discriminate as to it's victims! memtb
My friend's name is Bob, cannot give his last for privacy. He is in the worse period of the treatment. His WBC is now "0", which causes body to reject nourishment so he can only take in clear fluids and some form of jello. Two more weeks to go so hopefully he will come out the other side with better prognosis.
Thank you is about all I can offer. It's hard talking to his daughter.

My grandfather went through that and it really turned things around for him.
But you are correct about the immune system being badly affected.
