your rl19 will work fine... I'd think about rl22, 23, or 26 but 19 is good stuff too.

4831sc works great in my rifle with 139 LRX and 168 VLD-H.

I get about 3030 with with a Berger 168 using Retumbo, 25" barrel and Peterson brass. Dallas Lane built it and did load development for it.

I am currently using 4831sc for 143 HH and 162 A Max. I wasn't able to get acceptable groups out of the amax though, but I'm finding I have a picky 280 AI.

H-4831 and RL-22 shot amazing in mine with 120 Barnes

I'm using rel 19 under a barnes 145 lrx bullet and getting over 3100 fps and good accuracy. Also using H4350 under hammer absolute 130 for almost 3400 fps. Also good accuracy. Although i have no pressure signs with either load, they are max in my rifle - a browing x bolt

160g Sierra btsp is a fantastic deer and hog killing bullet, very accurate for 300 yard and under shots. The family has probably killed at least 300 deer with this bullet over the years, MV 2900-2950 in 7 mags,280, and AI

When I got my 280 AI last year 4831sc was the most recommended powder, by far. I couldn't find any and worked up loads with H4350 and 162 ELDs for break in. Better than expected accuracy.
Then RL 23 and RL 26 with143 Hammers with very good results. RL 23 was the winner with RL 26 very good as well.
Settled on 62 gr. RL 23 clocking 3256 average with serious accuracy and acceptable ES.

The speed was 2,725, taken with a lab radar.
