Ramshot Hunter 44gr
Norma brass x3 fired annealed
Christensen Arms 6.5cm 24inch barrel
Fiochi lrp
147gr eldm
Work up I hit pressure at 44.6gr of powder. Was 40°F out today. Will continue to shoot it as it warms. May have to drop down a bit when it gets warm out.

I've been using Magnum, TAC & Big Game for years. I really don't have any complaints. Especially nowadays where it's usually available & still in the $35/lb range.

Ramshot xterminator is one of my favorite 223 case sized powders. It meters very well and has provided great accuracy and good velocity. I will definitely try more ramshot powders in the future.

I've only used Ramshot pistol powders, True blue and silhouette. They get the velocities I'm looking for and are very clean burning powders. Pretty happy with them. For my rifles I typically try to stay in the Hodgdon line of powders.

I just loaded up some 308 with 175 smks with Ramshot tac. Waiting for decent weather to shoot them. If it works out I will replace my Varget load with Tac.
The only reason I'm considering doing that is because Varget is $440 for 8 pounds and Tac is $240 for 8 pounds.
TAC is an absolutely horrible choice for 308 Win. Especially 168 or 175 gr bullets. Stick with Varget.
