Ram shot LRT Powder?

The only powder that the guy that's building my rifle has used in the other 338 378 that he built is reloaded 33 And Retumbo. And as you all know those powders I cannot find.

Just bought 8# of it anyone have any information on it?

I use it in a 7mm-300 win for 195 Bergers, and in a .264 win mag long throat with 140 gold dots. For me, it seems to act similar to the old H870.

I'm currently playing with it in my 6.5/284. Working good so far with 140 AB. I'll be trying 140 Berger's next. I called Berger and they gave me some load data

Apparently I forgot to post the reply with the quote. I've done some work with LRT in my 338 Norma but it isn't complete. I'll post what I have this evening.

Resurrecting this thread, we're you able to get some load data for your Norma?

Currently finishing up RL33 and will transition back to LRT and I'll post the results when I'm done.

What grains are you using for LRT and grain bullet. I'll play with QL, but figured I'd go blow up my MRAD

Can't remember where I left off with LRT. With RL33 I'm going from 96 - 98 grains and see where I find pressure and check accuracy/velocity. 94 grains was 2730 FPS with a 300 grain SMK. If I can't keep it in the .3's at 300 yards (my zero distance) I'll back it down.

Edited to add: I'm running a CIP chamber, not SAAMI
