Primers: Buy Now or Wait?

Every time I go by a gun store I stop if they have powder I need I buy it as for primer if all they have is Winchester they can sit Thier ...I've had issues my buddy who has been reloading for 35+/- years has had issues with them .. But yea I buy what I can when I can waiting 6 mounth now for a powder I like but keep waiting

They are not ever going to get cheaper. I bought 3000 of the 215 primers last week when I found them. I prefer the Win Mag primers due to lot to lot consistency and about 40 fps faster. They are hotter than the 215. The 215 has the fame for years but those who will test the same loads side by side will see improvement. Remember the internet has made all professionals overnight

I have about 1700 215's I picked up because I couldn't find 215m's


I'd trade the 215's for some 7mm 150 or 168 lrab's or 7mm 168 vld's or classic hunters


also need to mount my mk4 (30mm tube) to my new 280ai (700 rem)
