I have total respect for your opinion - So why IMR vs H, which appears to be more temp stable?
The OP doesn't have any H4350, If he had that and Varget would be my top 2 suggestions
With your A.I. experience, would powder choices change
H4350 with the AI and the 90 and 92's

Nice to see a W760 post. I thought I may have been out of bounds since nobody has mentioned it.
I'ts an overlooked powder that works great in a bunch of stuff, We pushed the 124 Hammers out of a 300 WSM@ 3832 with it

I know my 7-08 loves W760,from 120 grain BT up to 140 Bergers. I was worried about not being able to get good case capacity with it in the 25-06

Of the powders you have listed I would be trying 4831 and 4350 first. If available I would use Hodgdon H4831 and H4350.
The H4831 will be too slow
