I will be loading 168 Grain Berger bullets in 7MM Rem Mag and would like to get 3000 FPS, does anyone know a powder/amount to load to get this volocity?

You are going to be hard pressed to find an "exact" answer...each gun is different. I would try H 1000 or RL 25, start low, and work up with a single three shot group at each charge weight. I usually go up in 1/2 grain incruments.

Most here are less worried about FPS and more about accuracy.

I would agree on suggesting H1000 for that. Start low and work up.
