So to close this out: I used a dremel tool and sandpaper on the stock to free it up. Note the Customer Service Rep at Baretta told me their gunsmith would do that but they never even took it apart. Lesson learned; don't waste your time/money sending a rifle back to Baretta as they just return with a standard form letter. I tried 130 gr Accubonds with 59 gr 4350 and group shrunk down to MOA. Thanks to the guys who shared constructive thoughts and feedback.
