Thats a classic sign of barrel harmonics. Get a barrel tuner for it.
Take the Magneto Speed off. Deer dont care how fast they got shot....

Well I thing I found the problem. After looking through gun. Found my bedding was broke in side poor job and the metal was shifting in the stock slightly as I put small amount pressure. I re bedded and tighten action to specs. See in morning if that was issue.
