I have a schmedium with git-lite. It's under 2 lbs. Personally, though, I now just use a tripod for everything.

I use a schmedium filled with sand and I find that it is way to heavy. I will be filling it with git-light.

Standard fill AG Schmedium is my go to bag.

6mm airsoft BB's work great...

Schmedium bag + GetLite beads= sand bag for rifle and backpacking pillow.
Airsoft BBs are light but the GetLite beads are an order of magnitude lighter it seems like.
