It is spartan sells them on their websiteI love the idea...is it available on the market? What exactly is the product? Just the part that attaches to the rifle?

Somewhat agree, but I can definitely see it making the rifle more stable. And I think 399 is that bad considering what some bipods/tripods cost$400?, WOW!
I see it as a waste of time, money & something else to carry. If you have to have that device, you should practice more on your tripod.
I believe they sell the bracket that mounts on a tripod and then the piece that mounts to the arc rail or Picatinny rail they were actually at my shooting school this morning. I gave them some ideas about making it fold when the tripod folds and they told me they're already working on that so pretty interesting.CP Brace
The CP Brace delivers ultimate rifle stability by anchoring the rifle's buttstock to the rearward-facing tripod leg, eliminating movement and enhancing accuracy. With the Spartan Disc-Lok system, you can quickly attach your rifle and set up for prone, kneeling, or standing extreme long-range...javelinbipod.com

That was my main question that I could not answer looking at the videos.I believe they sell the bracket that mounts on a tripod and then the piece that mounts to the arc rail or Picatinny rail they were actually at my shooting school this morning.
