New rifle (edge) - problems, can't chamber

I have tried turning bushing over, makes no difference.

I set the neck turner to just barely skim at the mouth and ran it down to shoulder. Turning like this reduces OD 0.002 at the base of the neck. Seated a bullet and chambers fine.

Will start load development with this and see how it goes.

A second or two with the brass seated in an old RCBS hand trimmer base/holder mounted to a drill spinning it and polishing with a little steel wool would probably take care of it for you then and it's a whole lot faster.
