New guy from Mississippi

Hay everyone just wanted to introduce myself! Just a bit of an obsessive guy who like reloading tinkering with cheap guns and trying to shoot distance. Got reccomended to come over here after annoying the regular distance guy hunters on another forum with my questions deling with long range :D my part of Mississippi is 80% cattle pastures though 400 manye 500yd is the max ill get to shoot due to property lines.
I'm slowly getting more and more into it to where I'm half way decent and hoping I can learn stuff on here I can't other places .
Any how here something of me bumbling round with my "poverty precision" build. Hoping all b able to use this to surprise some of these coyotes who like hanging up 300yd across the pasture :D also got a buddy with hogs that figured out 100yd and in = danger so they seem to like to put themselves at a decent distance from any possible humans. Hopefully this can help a little

Welcome to the forum from Tennessee. I love hunting, hogs and coyotes!

Born in Gulfport!!! Grew up in Texas..Houston now Madisonville Tx.

I have family in Hattiesburg!!!
Overstreets, Butlers, Cuevis ….My aunt help start a church. Her and some other ladies would do bible studies in front of a grocery store and someone donated some land and next thing you know they had a church and pastor.
Her name was Shirley Prevost.
I do long range shooting 600 is what we shoot. I have shot 1000 but my gun or my skills are not competitive that far out!

Welcome from South Carolina. I have some of those "poverty" builds that shoot pretty doggone good. I built a 6.5 Grendel last year for a depredation gun that just might be the most accurate rifle I've had in my hands with my reloads. I'm running an AGM Adder TS 50 x 384 thermal on it that I switch back and forth from the AR 10 308 to the Grendel. If you really want to get poor quick take a liking to a thermal scope. Once you try it you just gotta have one.
You've come to the right place. There are some mighty good folks here.
