Dad’s 243 Win Stuff

IMR 4064 and Sierra 85 grain hpbt bullets is what my left-hand Rem 700 loves, it's taken whitetail, coyotes, bobcats, and racoons by the many.
Thanks. I have about 350-400 Sierra bullets. 100 of them are 100gr and the rest are 85. When I start rolling them for my cousins 243 I will look into the IMR4064 as it's deadly in my 30-06 w/ Interlock 165's. I have IMR 4064, H1000, H4350, IMR4350, Varget, H4831 & SC, H4895 and H4198. So I have a lot to tinker with over the winter.

I've been hunting with and loading for a Win 70 in .243 since back in the early 70's. I loaded from 60gr up to 105gr and just about everything in between. Including the above, I have 4 of them now. They are a fun caliber.

Back when Nosler just had the Solid Base and Partition, I loaded the 85gr SB and the 95gr PT. Either one would easily take a whitetail down and shot some of the best groups the M70 has shot. I would try either of the 4350's you have, that gave the best velocity and accuracy overall from three of them, the last was a hold out, it liked 100gr bullets and Hybrid 100, go figure.
