Need help! Buying my first ML

I don't own one of these, but I have seen them shoot very well.

Don't know anything about this one, but I am a fan of Knight. If you are looking at the Cooper this may be worth looking at. If I were looking for a LR ML I would want to shoot this at least.

I am looking to shorten my barrel for more convenience in the woods. Similar to the Khatadyn.

For that kind of money, you can have a much better rifle custom built. I know guys that own and shoot the 500 and its heavy.

Go to "Doug's message board" and fo some reading. All about muzzleloaders and customs.

Talk to Luke at arrowhead sports and he will showuli the best route. Lot of good customs there also. I bought one with scope for $1200 there.
