Went through the whole thing, cleaning, lubing, sizing, trim and chamfer/debur, clean primer pockets, prime, find where the lands are, find maximum allowable OAL with his magazine, dump powder, and seat bullets with a .020" jump.
Also looked at our powder selection, what is easier to find in stock, what will get decent performance in his gun, and what we have a lot of (and also what dad isn't using in his guns!) And we went with IMR7828ssc for the 1500 Barnes match burners we have. Looking at data, 2830 or so should be max, will hopefully find a load around 2750-2775 for a good all year steel banging/varmint shooting load!

Seems like it wasn't that long ago we first started this build.....well, one week from today, I'll be taking my son out for his first ever big game hunt, looking for a cow elk. He has the 123 grain Apex Afterburners loaded up to about 2900 fps, we shall see how they do with any luck!
