Exactly what the 7stw was designed for. Well done!
I am sure glad I have never shot a bull like that. I would have to buy another freezer and pay a taxidermist to get him ready for my wall. What a pain in the rear.I hunted in Utah last month and took this bull at 847 yards with my 7 STW. 195 grain Berger EOL at 2950 fps.View attachment 218192View attachment 218193
This is my first attempt to post on this fantastic forum. Purchased a Remington Sendero 7mm STW a few years ago in hopes of making a trip from KY to the West for such a hunt as this. I've yet to even shoot the rifle. This gentleman's successful hunt keeps me dreaming. A hunt in the West would be a trophy regardless if getting a single shot. I'd probably be safe in stating those of us East of the Mississippi River are green with envy. Congratulations on an Amazing hunt and elk!I hunted in Utah last month and took this bull at 847 yards with my 7 STW. 195 grain Berger EOL at 2950 fps.View attachment 218192View attachment 218193
