12AE.That's a whopper ! You two have to be still in shock ! Congrats to both and nice shot .Is it her first buck ? I'm betting not. Can't tell if it's 12A, or 13A. Don't think 12B or 13B . Too high up
I didn't read all posts yet but can't wait.
WOW !
Awesome Buck...My 17 year old daughter drew a great AZ tag this year. A 10 day hunt turned into a 90 minute hunt on opening day in the blink of an eye. 1 minute after glassing up this buck, he was down. 454 yards, quartering away, one shot, like flipping off a switch.
She now has biggest buck in the family.
31" inside spread, 33.25" outside spread, 196 6/8" green gross.

That's awesome ! Great weather to hunt East Kiabab late season. Great draw. I believe in lucky clothes. Especially hats. She has to be tickeled to get one bigger. Keep wearing those Preditor grey camos. I grew out of my grey and green. Great pattern . You may have answered what rifle she used. Haven't read all posts yet. It's definitely something she's comfortable with. Way to go on getting her set up with the right rifle and caliber !12AE.
Not her 1st buck. She has a 171" also. Same unit, 2 canyons over, 3 years prior. From 637 yards, same rifle. (You will notice I am wearing the same clothes. I told her that morning I was putting on my lucky killing clothes. I have a photo with my son-in-law.....from my older daughter, with the same clothes the day he killed his big bull elk too)View attachment 160016
