As for your bullets you might want to consider giving he Accubond LR's a ride.

I've shot regular accubond hunting bullets for years and they have yet to let me down. In both my 300 Rum and 300w's, the Sirocco's have performed extremely well for me as well. I have less experience with the Sirocco's but even on large boars I've had clean one shot kills at over 800yds and when you get up over 500lbs the boars are as tough to shoot clean through as any game in N. America. They have a thick cartilage shield under the skin that runs from behind the shoulders up under and around the neck on both sides that can be 3-5" thick not to mention a lot of tough bone.
