First trip to a new state for public land yielded some success for my nephew and I. His first out of state adventure and he's hooked. Will likely be one we do for many years to come

I travel west at least once a year normally. Kansas, south Dakota, Montana, Colorado, Alaska, over the last few seasons. It is hard to beat. This was a last minute planned cheap out of state tag hunt he could swing before I get him bit with the western bug.

That's awesome, I've never traveled out of state to hunt but would love to give it a try one day. I primarily hunt family owned local land but have had an itch to venture out. All these big bucks up north have me wanting to travel!! Glad to see you were both successful!
