Yeah JBM gives the option for Corrected.. I make sure to always use Corrected I do not like optimistic results, I prefer Bang - Flop...

Two settings actually, both are a check box.

Under Pressure / Altitude:
-- Pressure is Corrected

Under Temperature / Humidity:
-- Std. Atmosphere at Altitude

Thanks, that helps alot i understand now, so if you enter the corrected pressure then you have to enter the elevation, and if you enter the actual pressure then leave elevation at zero. Right?

Why would anyone get made because you want to use an inferior long range bullet at twice the cost.

*Cough* heh...some of us live in states like California... /sigh... One Day I WILL live in a free state! Then again with the way hunting laws seem to be going it may not be all that long before the Free states join the ranks of us Californians

I would think that the 6.5x284 would fit the bill well. With 140 VLD's at 3000 FPS, very low recoil, highly accurate, and will cleanly take down deer sized game out to 1000 yards.

+1 use the SMK if you have something against Berger
