Your post caught my eye as I had a similar issue with my suppressor this past week. My issue turned out to be the thread adapter not true to suppressor and the barrel threads. The bullet was hitting slightly on the way out. I was going crazy trying to understand why my groups were so erratic. Changed the thread adapter and problem was solved. To confirm I pulled the bolt out an could visibly see the slight obstruction down the barrel. Anyhow, not sure if you even have an adapter, but after my frustration I thought this may help you or others.

The OP said it was doing great at first. Could have been something as simple as recoil backing the can off the threads, and not being checked. It never hurts to get in the habit of checking snuggyness every few shots......
