I love Retumbo for 140gr and heavier. And rl-23 does food for bullet in the 120-130gr
R-26Im about to start loading for a new 270 WSM (24in tube) that I got up till now this is the first .277 caliber ive ever loaded for.
I have a handful of different bullets that a buddy has given me to try out which includes 129lrx, 140 sierra sbt , 140 interlocks and 150 LR AB.

So if any 270wsm guys see this and would like to chim in on your experience with these powder combos Id appreciate it.

I never could get my 270 WSM to cooperate with 129 LRX's and RL26. Groups were horrible, but yes velocities and SD were good.RE-26 is awesome in mine. Berger 140's and Nosler AB 150's both shoot great

Same here but 58.6 4350 at 3025...very very accurate..I'm at 2400' altitudeRight at 2980, 59.9 GR 4350, it will go up over 3000 but this load is 1 ragged hole.
Retumbo is my favorite powder for 140gr bullets and up, I ran the 140 Accubonds at 3350 fps, Berger were a little slower with the same load.
