Bushnell, tac elite long range hunting scope, 3-12 or 4-18, I have the 3 to 12 and it is a nice scope. FFP mils available 30mm tube the higher mag model comes illuminated for a bit extra. zerostop too has .5 mil holdoffs and holdover/unders.

Another vote for the sightron SIII. My brother just recently purchased one for his 6.5x55 bench rest rifle. Very nice scope for the money and has exactly what you are looking for feature wise.
