Lighter weight, faster 308 win load

I think it's just a 1:10, 18" proof. That's an awesome bc for a 150gr. Thank sir I'll check those out. I've loaded lots of hammer bullets and they are super easy to load but I've never looked into the badlands
I ran into this video of Blue Wildebeest instant kill at 482 yds using 20" barrel .308 Win firing a 150 gr all copper Badlands Precision Bulldozer bullet.

@adams, do this ...
just pick a company that is supportive of all shooters no matter their choice and don't try to cancel people with different opinions

A good old fashion plain Jane ho-hum 150 grain Nosler Partition will handle any North America big game animal you care to chase after...either the .308/30/06 casing will handle it all..

lets hope this tread don't get shut down the op asked a valid question and got a lot of options from a verity of members with many different experiences. only one child had to make it all about himself. the rest of the members deserve the polite, honest, and civil discussion we were having

I have some Apex, TTSX, and HH, this triple digit temps in CenTex just doesn't motivate me to head out to the range. Most likely hit the range with all 4 brands of monos on the same day when it cools down somewhat.

Good thing though, our stat house has AC, I can set up and load ammo in comfort. I just turn it off momentarily when dispensing, I don't have an isolation box for the Autotrickler V3 and fx120i.

For the long range hunting, once I get the loads, I can go to Temple Gun Club and record velocity at the bench from the LabRadar and the retained velocity at 500 yards as recorded with the Shotmarker.

I promised the Mark Dille I will get some numbers for him, been delinquent.

Bench velocity and 500 yard retained velocity might not be exact calculation of BC, but coupled with bullet drop data, all together should be good enough to swag the BC.

Besides the 137 HH for my 30-06, the monos are totally new to me. I was a Berger dealer for sometime when Walt and his son-in-law were running the place. I had plenty of Bergers left when I dropped the dealership. I used Bergers exclusively in competition, I know how they shoot. These monos would be a learning endeavor.
My rifle club offers shade, but high 90's to triple digits, just to hot for me to mess with my rifle loads
I am planning to just shoot to confirm load before hunt in late October.
I don't plan to hit the rifle range before then.
I'll just contend with pistol and shotgun and listen to the stories from my neighbors up north

Looks like the bullet passed through. Pretty impressive coming from a short barreled 308 win.
