.308 best bullet weight

I use a 150 gr Hornady FMJ BT, for yotes. For hogs and deer I use a 150 gr Sierra SPBT ... Both have 47 grs of Varget, and shoot a tight group.

I'm running 175 Barnes in a Savage, model 10, 26in factory barrel. 10 twist, at 2850 fps, and groups .125 at 100yds.

In a 1-12 twist rate .308 barrel, wich is the best bullet weight for long range shooting?

Hunting, pretty much any good bullets up to 155gr, long-rang perhaps you might sink in a 165gr or 168gr if the barrel liked them. Just my .02 Cheers.

165-168 seems to work with 308 powder capacity
