I got an email from labradar a month or so ago . they have a quadpod in the making . I don't think it said much about it , other than coming soon .
Sights are inexpensive and help to quickly align unit with target, trigger makes unit MUCH more precise in recording all shots. Prior to trigger, my unit missed at least 1 out 10 shots......trigger completely stops that issue in addition to accommodating different muzzle device blast issues.New to Labradar - why do I need a trigger for the unit, please?
Have seen many sights for the Labradar too. Why? What do you suggest after using it personally?
I had a similar experience, except mine was more like 2-3 shots out of 10. I have the MKM improved sight for $25, and the JKL trigger is $35. The trigger investment is worth every penny - lesser frustrations. Now I just point the LabRadar in the target's general direction without the sight (it is no longer as critical) without any issues.Sights are inexpensive and help to quickly align unit with target, trigger makes unit MUCH more precise in recording all shots. It looks like this sawhorse has been modified. How much legenth did you cut off the legs? I bought the Craftsman sawhorse similar to this one and it was a little tall so I cut about 7 inches off each leg.Not compact but portable ...

... mine stays in my truck underneath the back seat storage section.
You want 18" of height from ground level to where the LabRadar is "actually" connected. It looks like this sawhorse has been modified. How much legenth did you cut off the legs? I bought the Craftsman sawhorse similar to this one and it was a little tall so I cut about 7 inches off each leg.
What model box is that from Apache ?FYSA, because of the inverted u-shape bench at my range, I ended up drilling an additional for the offset mounting option.
