I have three folks interested in it.

Here's a little about it.

I bought it a few years back (about 2).

It weighs about 10lbs packed (add more for stakes and the footprint).

I bought a few extra items for it, I believe I have the footprint for it too. (Update: I checked and it appears I have the footprint, a 4 pack of Mountain Hardwear pegs (spares/extras) and a Mountain Hardwear zipper repair kit/thing.)

It seems to be listed as new for ~$425 in the places I looked. (I saw it listed for $299 but when I clicked the Amazon site add it showed as ~$425)

Can you send me a few pictures? I'd especially like one of the left side of the action and the bolt face. Is it controlled round feed, not that it matters, just curious?

If I took it I'd probably end up using it for a custom.

Herters 284 winchester 2 die set used

I bought this from a friend yrs ago that was hurting for money, and I have never shot it. It has set in my closet for around 3-4 yrs now. All I ever did was give it a good cleaning, and put it away. The scope is just a cheap tasco, and it's got redfield base and rings.

The safety if a slider, is it like the Remington's 2 position or still a standard Winchester 3 position affair.

I believe I'll make the trade, just want to know about the safety.

its a 2 position slider. I will also send you a check for the cost of shipping the tent to me, and any other costs there may be, in relation to the gun.

I've never shipped a gun before,so let me know what would be the best way to go about that. thanks
